The ancient art of sage clearing is a amazing tool for releasing the old and bringing in revitalized fresh new energies.  You do it every day, when you  take a shower, you are clearing yourself of any negative energies.   

To sage one starts by physicality cleaning the home or area for cleansing, then open all the doors and windows (weather permitting).  Start at the main door or mouth of chi and do a little pirouette , this circular motion either by hand or body comes in handy  for tough energies and corners, were there is stagnant or stale flow.  As you go through, do one room at a time and close the doors and windows behind you, once done with all of the spaces return to the main door or mouth of chi and do the pirouette  again and you are done. 

To sage a person one starts from the bottom and work up to the head.   Pay attention to the smoke and let your spirit guide you trough this process and always be peaceful, loving and joyous. 

It is nice to have some cleansed and charged crystals around for after the cleansing to set around the home. These living crystals bring the vibrations of love to us and assist to hold that space.  

Remember pirouettes are just fun to do.

I say yes, but a necessary word to have never the least.  The best way to have it is not to need it.  Stay totally in absolute light and love and you can delete this word from your vocabulary.

But if your like me being keyed up is not were I be all the time, so it doesn’t hurt to use some tools to assist us to keep in the light of divine love.

Tool; do light shielding meditations, place grids and carry a protective stone.

Light Shielding Meditation.  Take a few breaths to center yourself, visualize light a few feet in front of you (this is pure light of divine) put any crap you may be holding onto in this light, the light instantaneously blazes it up into the ethers of nothing.  Intensify this light by calling fourth the angels and rays you deserve today (check out the seven rays). When you are ready let this light ascend above your head, call fourth your higher self to merge with this light and descends to your body, now do the tube of light decree nine times or more.
